The Consumer Rights App is exclusively intended for the Mauritian Market and
will allow users to report issues related to consumer protection directly to the
Consumer Affairs Unit (CAU), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Consumer
protection.
This application has been developed for the citizens of the Republic of Mauritius
and for Tourists and is currently available in English. The application aims to
enhance communication between the CAU and local consumers. The app will
allow users to send and follow up complaints and it will also provide users with
prompt notifications about decisions/news/events made by CAU to boost
confidence between the two parties.
